Yes, we're delighted to care for senior dogs and those with special needs. We administer oral medication at no extra cost. For more complex cases (injections, intensive care), we assess them individually during a prior visit.

We accept Bizum, bank transfer and cash. To secure your booking, we ask for 50% at confirmation and the remaining 50% once the service is complete. For one-off walks or visits we can agree to payment on completion.

That's our priority! Gastón is a Bernese Mountain dog with a sweet, patient and sociable character. He loves making new friends. Before every booking we organise a free first meet-and-greet at our home: we let them sniff each other, play and observe calmly. We also have a spacious home that allows us to give them their own space if needed at any point. We only confirm the booking if we see there's a good fit — your dog's peace of mind (and ours) comes first.

Your peace of mind is our priority. In case of any incident, however small, we contact you immediately by WhatsApp and phone. We work with Hospital Veterinario VetVida (Castelldefels) as our reference centre, with 24-hour emergency care 365 days a year and just minutes from home. Veterinary costs arising from the dog's pre-existing conditions or accidents are the owner's responsibility — we advance the payment if necessary to ensure immediate care.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service starts. For cancellations with less than 48h notice, 50% of the booked service is charged. If you need to change dates, we adapt at no cost subject to availability.
